The 400+ year old Japanese art of kintsugi (golden repair) or kintsukuroi (golden joinery) is a pottery repair method that honors the artifact’s unique history by emphasizing, not hiding, the break.

Kintsugi takes broken pieces of a whole & mends them together so beautifully that the scars are honored.

Dogs have a unique ability to mend a broken heart. Taking the pieces & carefully walking us through the process of healing.

We feel certain that each human reading this post is nodding in agreement ..

We've created a distressed heart design pieced together with Charlie's paw prints to signify the role that dogs have in our healing.
