In a world where apathy & "not giving a fuck" have become common, we'd like to debate that the bigger way to live is to GIVE A DAMN.
.. about your community, your family, your health, standing up for the voiceless, being of service when you can & ensuring that you're filling up your own cup.
As I round the final corner before my first triathlon sponsored by the hospital that saved my life, I find myself encountering the most incredible people.
This is no accident.
As I have stepped further outside of my comfort zone in the name of taking my power back from that widow maker heart attack that holds a survival rate of 12%, the scales have continued to balance.
The more I share this vulnerable journey with the goal of saving lives, the more my own life is enriched in ways I couldn't have imagined.
The mission of this re-release is simple .. grow our army of kind humans who give a damn & raise money in the process.
Proceeds from this line will be donated between two non-profits --
Friends of Strays Animal Shelter
The doctor that saved my life said, "Forty percent of women have no symptoms of having a heart attack. This is why it's killing so many .."
Fact is, if we really zoom out on this, the animals of this world depend on people like you to help them survive & to stand up for them.
If we don't take care of ourselves, we'll be unable to be there for them.
So, it's for the dogs -- like everything else. 😉
